About

This is just some information about me.

Hi! My name is Chloe Webster and I currently live in Queensland, Australia. I am currently 18 years old, and studying a Bachelor of Business at CQUniversity.

In the past I have done a large amount of volunteer work for many different organisations, including relay for life, the leukaemia foundation, the 40 hour famine and so on. I have volunteered for such organisations since I was about 9 years old, and over the years I have raised a rather large amount for these organisations.

I have done things from being a team member, to being a team captain, to being part of the committee for the whole organisation. I have done sausage sizzles, door knock appeals, raffles and so on. I have donated a large amount of time in making sure that these things are as effective as they possibly could be.

At the age of 16, I was presented with a Mayors Award for all of my fundraising efforts over the previous years, as well as being the youngest person to ever be on the Relay for Life committee.

This year I am volunteering for two organisations; AIME mentors as well as the Vesabroad foundation.

I find myself always willing to help wherever I can, and encouraging the people around me to do so as well. I am always willing to volunteer for any kind of program, and love to help people wherever I can.

To be able to make a larger difference in peoples lives than I ever have before would be not only an amazing and rewarding experience for me, but it would also help me understand exactly what these people go through in their daily lives.

I find myself to be a very empathetic person, whether I do it on purpose or not. I always have found myself being able to understand exactly what someone is going through and how it feels for them. I find myself hurting alongside them from what has happened or is happening to them. This is why I like to help people wherever possible.

To be able to broaden the lives of these families would mean the absolute world to me, and even though I am only young I would love to make a huge difference in these peoples lives.

Knowing that I am able to make a difference and help people is what drives me to do these programs. Helping people has always been one of my top priorities and I want to broaden my experiences in helping people from all around the world.

Thank you for taking the time to read through this page and hopefully now you can understand why this trip is so important to me. Please help spread the word about my trip, or if possible a donation would be very helpful for this trip. I have attached my gofundme page below, where you can donate or spread the word about my trip.
